on the new communication platform google wave, there is now a public Kubuntu de.org-Wave.
Since only a small proportion of those who want to look like curious has an invitation to the new service, I'll post some pictures of the Wave as an impression.
I hope in the next few days to write everything I have learned so far from google wave, where meaning, possibilities and likely put limits etc. - First, but first a few screenshots of Kubuntu de.org-Wave:
Waves are a form of 'retrospectively editable Websites'. - A kind of 'private wiki. - In this wave are two websites as iframe embedded: the Forum - and the Kubuntu wiki de.org. community.
Waves can also complement addition of several features and tools. - Here are photos from the Flickr group of Kubuntu to see de.org - as well as an interactive poll. - Anyone can write and read in this wave.
Except for a few Dikussionen personal opinions and not much else you can see in this wave ... So far ... Because of course something like this thrives on participation of ... The idea was to have a public wave and a focal point for Kubuntu users and to use the curious. - You can even use the iframes - a bit limited, but fully functional - in the pages of kubuntu-de.org surf and search .. Within the Wave. - Advertising for the community! was
Some feedback already: "Kubuntu is a great thing," it says, among other things. :)
